Booking and Cancellation Policies

Booking Policy

All appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit (per service) at time of booking. This deposit holds your time, however your spot is not filled until the deposit is sent. This non-refundable deposit does go toward the final service cost. This deposit is applied towards the full cost of the procedure with the balance is due upon arrival of your scheduled service and prior to the start of the actual treatment.


All appointments must be held with a valid credit/debit card at the time of online/phone booking.


We accept cash and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Cash and Venmo.  We do not accept personal or business checks.

Late Arrival Policy

We do understand if clients are unwell or have other commitments, but please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for non-attendance or where cancellation is shorter than our policy.

Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment. We recognize that the set appointment time frames may differ from the actual appointment by 10-15 minutes based on the client's needs during the appointment. Please try to arrive at the clinic 10-15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to ensure the entirety of appointment time. If you are 15 or more minutes late, you may be subjected to losing the deposit and may have to reschedule.


Emergencies do occur and will be taken into consideration on an individual basis by Hannah Paige. It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage or weather that inhibits the regular business hours, Aesthetic Artistry HP will reschedule your existing appointment and no charges will apply.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

We do understand if clients are unwell or have other commitments, but please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for non-attendance or where cancellation is shorter than our policy. Our cancellation policy is as follows:


  • Most of the services provided at Aesthetic Artistry HP offer a perfecting touch up appointment that is included in the initial cost of the procedure. If the client fails to attend the scheduled touch up appointment and request another follow up appointment, they will be asked to pay in full at time of booking.

Your appointments are very important to Aesthetic Artistry HP. Your time, as well as ours, is valued. We understand that emergencies happen and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Aesthetic Artistry HP respectfully requests at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to prevent any missed appointments which result in Aesthetic Artistry HP keeping the non-refundable deposit. It is also your responsibility to provide enough time to us if a change/cancellation is to be made. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us the day before is not sufficient to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely.


Please understand that “No Shows”, cancellations or rescheduling of appointments without adequate notice, the opportunity for others to fill that appointment is missed and clients on our wait list also miss the opportunity to receive services.


If a client “No Shows” an appointment, the non-refundable deposit is forfeited, and they must prepay the service in full to rebook.


Any appointment missed, late cancellation, or changed time/date without 24-hour notice will result in Aesthetic Artistry HP keeping the non-refundable deposit made at time of booking.


As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically the day before your scheduled appointment by email and/or text messaging from our online appointment scheduling system. We know life can be crazy at times and how it can be easy to forget an appointment you booked months ago. From the confirmation email/text message, you can:

  • Confirm your appointment

  • Reschedule/change or modify your appointment, if necessary

  • Cancel your appointment

Disclaimer

It is the client’s responsibility to follow the pre- and post-procedure instructions that are listed on the website as well as emailed/texted to each client. This includes but is not limited to no caffeine, alcohol, or tobacco use 1-2 days before scheduled appointment. Failure to follow instructions provided by Aesthetic Artistry HP may result in forfeiting your appointment and non-refundable deposit.

You are welcome to bring one friend or family member with you to your appointment. We just ask that everyone is respectful of others while in the clinic.

Minors (under the age of 18) are not allowed in the clinic. Please arrange the proper childcare, if necessary.

Pricing is subject to change at any time. Appointments scheduled prior to any price change will not be subject to any increases.


I am not liable for faded or patchy results that happened due to inadequate post-procedure care

Right to Refuse

Aesthetic Artistry HP reserves the RIGHT TO REFUSE services for any given reason. The service may be declined or refused if:

  • You are under 18

  • You have Keloid skin/scars

  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • You have been on Accutane within 1 year

  • You have irritation of the skin of any kind such as blemishes, pimples, rash, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, sunburn on the area of procedure

  • You are on Retin-A or Retinols.

  • Diabetic (consult your doctor)

  • Have HIV or Hepatitis or any other viral infection and/or diseases

  • Undergoing Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)

  • Epilepsy

  • A Pacemaker or major heart problems

  • Had an Organ transplant

  • Sick (cold, flu, etc. Will affect the healing process, please reschedule)

  • You generally don’t heal well and develop infections easily
